Did you know that 27 October is #BlackCatDay? Because of their association with superstition and bad luck, black cats in shelters sometimes have a harder time finding homes. Today we celebrate pussy cats of all colours with this learning toy from our collection. Pim’s Musical Blocks were manufactured in Sydney, New South Wales, in the 1940s by L. G. Pimblett. The set of ‘eight tinkling blocks’ came with a music book that showed young children how to play popular nursery rhymes.
